Newly licensed, Jacklyn brings over a decade of real estate experience to the table. A graduate of Shepherd University with a BFA in Graphic Design, her journey in real estate began in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS®, where she quickly advanced to Marketing Director. In 2015, she transitioned to the Link and Jones Team, where she has served for the past ten years as their dedicated Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator.
Behind the scenes, Jacklyn has helped market and strategize for top-producing agents across the New River Valley. Her sharp eye for design, vast marketing background, and understanding of what makes a listing shine now enhance her work as a licensed agent. With those necessary skills, she brings even more value to her team and clients.
Outside of real estate, Jacklyn is actively involved at GraceLife Church, where she serves in student and college ministries and leads creative projects—designing graphics and branding materials that support the church’s mission. She married her husband, Austin, in 2009 and made the New River Valley home. They now have three wonderful children—Miles, Molly, and Mia—as well as their sweet pup, Ruby.
