Principal Broker and President, Bill Gearhart has been a leader in the southwest Virginia real estate industry for 30+ years. Vice President, Margaret Galecki, is in her 22nd year at Coldwell Banker Townside and has diligently trained agents since 2016. Associate Broker and REALTOR® Megan Roschelli provides support from her 12+ years as an agent and her hands-on experience with moving across states. Associate Broker and REALTOR® Carol Lidgard brings her 18+ years of experience as an agent, and her local expertise as a life-long NRV resident.
